Exhale and relax after a busy day of exploring London in the warm, intimate surrounds of Butlers Restaurant. Renowned for serving London’s best Dover sole, filleted right at your table, our Executive Chef Nathan Hindmarsh offers an enticing collection of delicious dishes that make the most of organic, seasonal British ingredients – from salmon smoked by H.Forman & Son, London’s oldest smokery, and classics such as roasted Orkney scallops and venison Wellington, to our famous signature dishes.
Our warm and intimate Butlers Restaurant showcases elegant dining matched by first class service. As popular with local residents as it is with hotel guests, the fresh English cuisine tempered with international touches by Nathan Hindmarsh is an example of understated excellence in the heart of London's most exclusive district.
At present, guests are being seated in The Conservatory for dinner to assist with social distancing measures. Seating assignments are made to accommodate reservation timings and the flow of service, and requests cannot be guaranteed, although we will do our very best to assist.
Our traditional Afternoon Tea is composed of a superb choice of loose-leaf teas and refreshing infusions served with an irresistible selection of indulgent treats. Start with our delicious freshly made dainty English sandwiches and seasonal pastries. Then move on to our delectable, hand-baked traditional British scones with lashings of clotted cream and lavish strawberry preserve. This time-honored English tradition will make you feel like a duke or duchess in our intimate library that transports you to a 19th-century stately home. Make the experience even more special with a glass of Champagne to begin to really emulate the British nobility.
Travel back in time to witness this exclusive window in the life of a Victorian lady.
