I am thrilled to be the General Manager at The Chesterfield Palm Beach and to lead the fantastic team here. Prior to joining Red Carnation in 2008, I worked for our sister brand Contiki for 10 years. Our intimate hotel is known for our exceptional service, and my favourite part of my role is to welcome guests and ensure that every request is fulfilled with warmth and care. I relocated to Florida Palm Beach in 1993 and since then I have fallen in love with the island, working for many of the hotels. I was delighted to join The Chesterfield Palm Beach and to be part of an amazing team, where we respect and support each other. I always look forward to welcoming our guests and providing them with our personalised, warm and consistently exceptional service.
I’m a native Floridian with 25 years of experience in the Food and Beverage industry. I began my career at The Chesterfield Palm Beach as a Bartender and received the ‘Bartender of the Year’ award. Since then, I have worked as a sever, Restaurant Manager and as Executive Assistant to our General Manager. In 2019, I was honored to be promoted to Food and Beverage Director. I would be delighted to assist with special requests to make your dining experience even more exceptional.
Early on I realized that cooking good food for others was not a job, but a passion. I attended culinary school and after graduating, I worked as Sous Chef at some of Palm Beach’s most acclaimed restaurants. I began as Sous Chef at The Chesterfield Palm Beach and was promoted to Executive Chef in 2007. It is a privilege to work with the finest ingredients and our wonderful team to create delicious menus for our guests, and I am always delighted to assist with specific requests and requirements.
I have been in the hospitality industry for over 10 years, the majority of which in the Front of House. I joined the Red Carnation Hotel Collection in 2018 and couldn’t be happier to be part of such an amazing team. Since being promoted to the Reservation Department as the Reservation and Revenue Manager, I have an opportunity to look after our guests from a new perspective. I take pride in giving each guest the best possible experience with attention to every detail.
I have wanted to pursue a career in hospitality since I started waiting tables when I was 15 years old at an assisted living home. I am truly passionate about serving guests, it is a privilege to do so each day. I graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management from Florida International University in 2016, which has enabled me to perfect my craft. It is my top priority to ensure each guest at The Chesterfield is looked after and always feels like a VIP.
